Ranked as the #17 receiver in the 2009 class by Rivals.Com, James Green was a 3-star or 4-star prospect, depending upon which recruiting service you put the most stock in (Scout.Com had him as the #73 wide receiver, a far cry from Rivals’ ranking). In his senior season at Leon, Green caught 45 passes for 807 yards and 10 touchdowns.
