The scoop is here. The judge basically said the law is unconstitutional because it’s too vague.

I’m with Uncle: The ruling seems weak. You have to think it will be overturned.

If it isn’t, it’s probably a good bet that the legislature revisits the issue this winter. A commenter in Uncle’s makes an interesting point: “Looks like those restaurant owners in the suit just lawsuited themselves to stricter regulations coming next legislative session.” Could be, you know. Restaurant owners could opt out of this law very easily, yet still chose to file suit against it. Could it be that they should’ve left well enough alone?
